The Acorn 120 Superglide stairlift is our most affordable budget stairlift. Quality built, low maintenance and highly reliable stairlift, the Acorn 120 can be installed on a variety of straight staircases.

The Acorn 120 Superglide stairlift offers a comfortable ride along the stairs due to its quiet and smooth operation, comfortable upholstery and soft stop and start function.

The stairlift track is tailored to fit your stairs exactly and can be installed on either the right or left hand side of the staircase.

Fully reconditioned: The Acorn stairlift undergoes an in-depth process were all moving parts, electrics, batteries, outer casings and many other components are fully reconditioned or replaced with new. The stairlift is then fully serviced before installation in your home. Perfect for narrow stairs: The Acorn Superglide features a slim and compact profile making it perfect for staircases that are narrow. It is also suitable for long runs and steep climbs.

British stairlift: The Acorn superglide stairlift is British made and highly reliable. It features a very simple but robust design with a user weight capacity of up to 20 stone.

Neat, quick installation: The slimline track is fitted neatly to the stairs treads (not the wall) meaning no unsightly structural work or any damage to your home. Installation takes between 1 - 2 hours and once complete your stairlift is ready to use straight away.

Packed with safety features: The electronic and mechanical braking system controls the stairlift during your journey up and down the stairs making it smooth and safe at all times. The stairlift also features a lap harness, safety limit sensors, pressure sensors, lockable key and many other safety features.

Battery power: Like most modern day stairlifts, the Acorn stairlift comes with highly durable battery packs installed which are automatically recharged at the end of every trip. This means unlike older mains driven stairlifts, the Acorn stairlift is whisper quiet and incredibly smooth. The main benefit however is the stairlift would still continue to work if a power cut occured.
