Read MoreThe Brooks 130 stairlift with folding rail offers a practical solution when space at the bottom of the stairs is limited. If you have a door or walkway at the bottom with no space available for the stairlift to park, then a folding hinged rail is required. A folding rail allows you to get off the stairlift safely at the very bottom, once off you can then send the stairlift up the stairs via remote control to a park out of the way. The folding rail can then be manually folded upwards leaving your doorway / walkway free of any obstruction.
Simple to use, low maintenance and highly reliable stairlift, the Brooks folding rail stairlift can be installed on a variety of straight staircases.
The Brooks 130 folding rail stairlift offers a comfortable ride along the stairs due to its quiet and smooth operation, comfortable seating position and soft stop and start function.
The neat, slim stairlift rail is tailored to fit your stairs exactly and can be installed on either the right or left hand side of the staircase.
EXPRESS DELIVERY within 1-3 working day’s from FREE home survey is available on this model.

Light pressure on either arm toggle will gently move the stairlift along the stairs. Controls are placed on both armrests.
The wireless controls allow you to control the stairlift without anyone on it. They are handy when using a hinged track - move the stairlift from the bottom and then the rail can be manually folded upwards.
The bottom of the rail section is hinged which allows the user to fold it away if it's causing an obstruction in front of a door or walkway for example.
The safety belt should be used for extra security before starting your journey on the stairlift. It neatly retracts away after use.
Located around the foot plate and sides of the carriage, the safety edges stop the stairlift instantly if it encounters an obstructions along the stairs.
The Brooks folding rail stairlift doesn't require any additional electrical work - it just simply plugs in to your nearest standard 3-pin plug socket.
