Unicorn Stairlifts Warranty Cover
Warranty as Standard
Every stairlift fitted and installed by Unicorn comes with 12 months fully comprehensive warranty cover. This is completely free and included in the price and starts from day of installation. The warranty covers all break downs, call outs, parts and labour costs. Break downs are highly unlikely thanks partly to the reliability of the stairlift models we supply and the high standard of installation by our engineers. In the event a break down does occur you can rest assured we’ll be there when you need us thanks to our large network of 24 hr response service engineers who are never too far away.
Extended Warranty
The warranty can be extended once the original 12 months is nearing its end. We offer three flexible options and our easy service plan takes the worry out of service and repair bill, giving you peace of mind for years to come. Regular servicing is an essential way of keeping your stairlift in good working order.

With our warranty plan you can rest assured that your stairlift will be kept in first class condition. Regular maintenance by us will ensure your stairlift remains reliable and in excellent working order.
Avoid Costly Repairs
If your stairlift doesn’t have warranty then repairs can be both expensive and inconvenient. Replacing parts can usually be more expensive than the cost of a warranty and you have no guarantee of an engineer being available when you need one.
A replacement motor can cost up to £500.
A replacement circuit board can cost up to £450.00.
